great location and helpful staff

the staff was kind, and the location was good. everything is near the hotel. i could easily access transportation and shops. there were various restaurants around.

cheap soapspoor coffee
The furniture was old. Soaps and shampoos seemed VERY cheap. The breakfast lacked variety and quality. The coffee tasted particularly BAD. A transport was offered from the airport to the hotel in a supposedly modern, secure VIP car for 40 euros though I was picked up after a long wait in an old car and the driver constantly looked at his phone instead of the traffic!

the staff was helpful. the location is near the metro station and key areas like taksim. brands streets are within walking distance from the hotel.
The street outside was a little noisy. It was hard to sleep.

the location was good i suppose so it was not that difficult to go around the area.
i found some problems. there was no jacuzzi as the website mentioned it. the phone in my room did not work and the wallpaper was torn and the mirror was broken too. i am not happy about these things.

The reception staff displayed helpfulness. Mr Rojbin was a nice person and Arda Yldram assisted with storing my food in the fridge. The hotel had umbrellas available for guest use during rain. The shower was separate from the toilet in my Corner Family Room. The room felt spacious for three people.
I noticed powder eggs were part of the breakfast choices.

just okay experience

the staff are polite and nice. the location is close to osmanbey metro station. i am so glad i could quickly reach different places. the area is fantastic with a lot of stores and restaurants.
the room we had smelled like cigarettes. i could not enjoy the stay because of that. furniture inside the room was worn and the wallpaper damaged. it really needs an update.
